Please include all order details and/or special requests in the PERSONALIZATION text box when placing your order. This helps me process your order more efficiently! Once your order has been placed, a design proof will be created and sent to you to review. Thank you!! 

The payment you do now, is advanced booking payment. Once we receive your details, we will send you the draft; upon confirmation we will then send you the final cost with your custom listing. Once the payment is complete, we will  start with the production of the item.

However;, if you wish to cancel the order in the designing phase (before final payment), 30% of the advanced payment will be refunded back.
